FIFA 18 Returns To The Top

FIFA 18 climbed back to the top of the UK Sales Chart again last week (week ending 17 February) with a big thanks to the heavily promoted Nintendo Switch version and small drops in price across all other formats.

The EA Sports hit forced Deep Silver’s new release, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, to settle for the number 2 spot in it’s debut week. Kingdom Come however did manage to pip the ever present Grand Theft Auto 5 to second place. Capcom’s hit Monster Hunter: World spends its fourth week in the chart at No.4, ahead of the recently released Bayonetta 2 for switch. 5th is the highest that Bayonetta 2 has ever reached as on its initial release, for the Nintendo Wii U in 2014, its highest spot was 7th in its debut week.

EA Sports UFC 3 has dropped down from the number 2 spot to number 6. While last weeks top performer, Shadow of the Colossus, finds itself in the number 7 spot. Finishing off the top 10 are Call of Duty: WWII, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Assassin’s Creed Origins and the number 8, 9 and 10 spots respectively.
