Having trouble with your STEALTH Headset?
If you are having trouble setting up your STEALTH gaming headset, please see the below information which can help resolve the issue a little quicker than waiting for our agents to get back to you.
First of all, we need to test the headset itself is working!
Connect your headset to a device with a 3.5mm Jack connection (such as a phone/tablet) as this will allow us to see whether the headset works on another device other than your console. Try to play music and record a message/have a phone call with the headset still connected, ensuring that the Mic. mute switch is in the OFF position.
If the headset is working correctly, then this is great news as there is not an issue with the hardware of the headset. However, this would mean there is an issue with either your controller OR your console settings. Please contact your console manufacturer e.g. Microsoft Support for XBOX ONE or SONY Support for PS4 as these will be able to help you with technical advice of the consoles.
If the headset is not working on another device and/or you are experiencing intermittent sound, please return this back to the retailer, as there is likely to be an issue with the headset if this is the case.
