TERMS AND CONDITIONS –

Please note that these Terms are an agreement between yourself and our brand. Do read these terms carefully.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication or notice then these Terms will prevail.

Kindly note that we also reserve the right to revise and update these Terms so as to ensure they reflect accurately and are up-to-date.

 

STORE RETURNS POLICY

All of our products are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Following the retailer’s standard 30-day return period, if there is a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship, the retailer from whom you purchased our product may ONLY replace with the same or a similar model, upon production of your purchase receipt or alternative proof of purchase; and a STEALTH issued reference code.

What counts as alternative proof of purchase?

– An email invoice of your confirmation order

– A copy of your bank statement highlighting the purchase

– Confirmation of the order on any retailer membership accounts, i.e. EB-World etc

STEALTH understands that methods of purchase may vary – i.e. in-store, online, etc. However the relevant proof of purchase will only be accepted by the stores, provided it clearly shows the date of purchase to prove its validity.

STEALTH does not honour ANY Extended Warranty or Additional Cover purchased through a Retail store and so in cases where a consumer paid for additional guarantee by the store, it will be solely up to the store to provide a resolution to the issue.

Kindly note: this policy strictly refers to the replacing of products in-store as well as any additional cover taken in-store during purchase.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY

All STEALTH products come with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee. However this does not cover faults that have occurred as a result of accidental loss or damage.

In order to determine the reason of fault, you may be asked to send the product in to our head office for investigation. Our team will then investigate the product, to help determine, where the product fault lies.

Or alternatively and depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to send over images of the reported damage; upon which said images will be further analysed by our team, before reaching a suitable decision on how to best proceed with a resolution.

If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, then a resolution will be offered with a replacement product. If the product is no longer in stock, you may be offered a different model of similar or better value in order to resolve the issue.

If the issue is the result of wear and tear, then we cannot replace and the product will be returned to you with a report analysis from our investigation.

The manufacturers warranty, is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase and must be proved by proof of purchase.

If ownership of the product has surpassed the 12 months period, or the customer is unable to provide a valid document with proof of purchase, it is unlikely that we can resolve the issue.

Please note: There will be NO refunds given from the manufacturer, only a replacement product of the same value. 

Whilst all products come with a year’s guarantee, STEALTH reserves the right to replace products in scenarios where the store being the first-point of contact, have been unable to provide a resolution.

This does not however, extend to products purchased second-hand and via 3rd party online vendors, i.e. EBAY, AMAZON, AO or others alike.

Please refer to the appropriate seller/vendor with regards to their own return policy and procedures.

Also note that in situations where the manufacturer – being STEALTH have agreed to issue a replacement, stores would be unable to intervene afterwards as the situation would be deemed resolved and passed onto the manufacturers. 

STEALTH will only ever issue one replacement per customer at an attempt to try and resolve any issues with the product and no more as per company policy. 

 

EBAY/MARKETPLACE PURCHASES

If you have purchased a STEALTH product via a reseller on EBAY or Facebook Marketplace and are experiencing an issue with the product, this must be taken up with the reseller directly.

EBAY and Facebook marketplace resellers, are not verified resellers of STEALTH and therefore, we cannot determine whether the product was faulty on purchase.

The manufacturers warranty is only valid, up to 12 months from the date of purchase, on products purchased from verified retailers and distributors.

And as the evidence of purchase serves as a binding contract between the buyer and the vendor as the reseller, it is the reseller who must provide a resolution.

 

PART REPLACEMENTS

Currently, we do not have the facilities for customers to purchase spare parts for their accessories. Please contact our team via LIVE CHAT, if you have any questions regarding spare parts.

 

DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

If you are experiencing an issue with a discontinued/legacy product, please speak with our agents, via the LIVE CHAT, who will be able to advise on the resolve that we can offer.

For any products that have surpassed the 12 month guarantee period, these would no longer be covered by the Manufacturers Warranty and therefore, it is unlikely that we would be able to help in these circumstance.
